Services

General medicine

UA's general practitioners and nurses provide primary care to students, as well as advice, guidance and work and sports certificates.  They can also make arrangements for students with a temporary or long-term disability.

Mental Health

UA's psychiatrists and psychologists are devoted to the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of deleterious mental conditions. These include various matters related to mood, behaviour, cognition, and perceptions.

Sexual Health

A doctor at the University Sexual Health Centre receives students for sexual health matters: concerns following intercourse, contraception, STI testing, gynaecological issues, late period, abuse, violence, etc.

Nutrition

The university's dieticians offer personalised advice on a balanced diet. They can also provide simple cooking tips for a healthy lifestyle, as well as ideas for easy recipes, or personalised dietary monitoring.

Disability Support

The Disability Support Service provides information and support to students with disabilities or long-term medical conditions throughout their studies at UA. They can make special course and exam arrangements when needed. Learn more
